These terms and conditions govern the use of the website' ‘Tailored Tails by Benji’ and the purchase of products from ‘Tailored Tails by Benji’ (Company no. 15377409). By accessing or using the Site and purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. Product Information
a. The Company offers a diverse range of dog accessories for sale on the Site, including but not limited to collars, harnesses, leashes, and apparel.
b. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. The Company strives to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that Product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
2. Ordering and Payment
a. To purchase Products, you must provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
b. Orders are subject to acceptance by the Company, and the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to Product availability, inaccuracies in Product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraud.
c. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Site. Prices are listed in GBP and do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which are added at checkout.
3. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping options, delivery times, and shipping costs are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
b. The Company is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4. Returns and Refunds
a. The Company accepts returns of unused and undamaged Products within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms of the Company's return policy. Products must be returned unused and free of pet hair in order to receive a refund.
b. To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@tailoredtailsbybenjil.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by the Company.
c. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 days of receiving the returned Products, less any applicable shipping fees or restocking charges. Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned Products.
5. Intellectual Property
a. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works of any content from the Site without the Company's prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
