Delivery Information:

Shipping Options: All orders are shipped out via Royal Mail on a next day, tracked service. Orders must be placed before 4pm for next day delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are free for all UK territories on a next day service (order before 4pm) on orders £10.00 and over. Orders less than £10.00 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge. For European/International deliveries, prices are as follows;
European Delivery - £6.99 on a standard delivery (3-5 working days)
International Delivery - £10.00 on a standard delivery (5-15 working days)
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs for international deliveries.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched on the same day if ordered before 5:00pm GMT. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details.
Returns and Refunds:

Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tailoredtailsbybenji.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item(s).

Return Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. We cannot accept refunds for items that are covered in any pet fur.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting us for a return authorization. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
